Turn from the external experience of trying and look within

Put down your efforts to accumulate and understand that there are forces inside of you that can calm the storm, ease the burden, and guide you through life.

My Path is Your Path

Raising a family, building a career, commitment to a church, searching for answers through books, courses, and spiritually-oriented experiences have all taught me that there is no path but your own.

I want to reflect your path back to you so that you can walk your road with fearless trust in who you are. Without attuning to what is inside of us–our dreams, our perceptions of the world, our fears, and our unmet expectations–we spend our lives reaching, grabbing, and clawing for security and reinforced certainty that can never be attained.

I want to help you see what is inside of you that does not need to struggle for happiness.

I have failed and succeeded in tragic and beautiful ways in my life and believe that none of our tragedies are fatal. None of our transcendent joys are the endpoint. There is a middle way that embraces all–and walking the middle way is when life becomes abundant.
